It has been said the person you’ll be in five years depends on the books you read, and therefore the people you surround yourself with today. Mahatma Gandhi once said – “The person you will become in the future depends on what you’re feeding your mind today.” Here is a list of 5 Books where you can easily feed your mind with some really good classics.

The more you read difficult works, the more you are likely to think about other areas of your life as well. One of the greatest benefits of reading fiction is that it gives you a greater compassion for others.

The story is set in the late 18th century against the background of the French Revolution. the book is based on the story of two cities, London and Paris. The opening passage starts as “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times..”, it is worth knowing by heart. The book can be a little tough for the initial chapters as it has a different writing style.

Pride and Prejudice

This is one of the most-loved classics, featuring the Bennett family with Mr. and Mrs. Bennett and their five daughters. This book is was written more than 200 years ago and still one of the best classics. This book is It is brilliantly a landmark novel in a much more modern style than the works of Dicken.

David Copperfield by Charles Dickens

Yet another one of the great classics of none other than Charles Dickins. According to the publishers ” David Copperfield most fervently embraces the comic delights, the tender warmth, the tragic horrors of childhood.”

The plot revolves around an orphan struggling against adversity with cruel schoolmasters. Most of the students can ralate as the classic storyline.
